DESIGNATION : MANAGING DIRECTOR
Since 1976, SP, as he is commonly known as, is involved in the trading of cocoa, palm oil and commodity trading, and palm oil estate management, coal trading and tugs and barges management. Since 1989, he has set up many successful joint venture companies in China and India, making these companies top highest foreign investment companies respectively.
SP has brought Agritrade International to be recognized among Singapore 1000 companies continuously for the past five years.
NAME : NG XINWEI
DESIGNATION : EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Youngest son of Founder and Managing Director, Xinwei was doing his first year Bachelor Degree in the National University of Singapore, when he was summoned by the father to participate in the business, as part of the succession plan for Agritrade International Pte Ltd. Xinwei, prior to joining Agritrade while he was still in school, already has his own business in healthy food and another company dealing with environmentally friendly eco sports attire, and has planned many successful events in the past years.
NAME : KONIDALA PERUMAL MUNIRATHNAM

DESIGNATION : EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Muni is responsible for analysis of new projects, Investment opportunities and restructuring of the business operations. He is instrumental in supervising company’s Foreign Exchange exposure and for organizing finance for company’s operations. Muni also takes care of company’s comprehensive risk management and the framework for our trading operations.
Muni was previously employed as the CEO of Indian Overseas Bank and brings with him a wealth of experience.
NAME : LULU LIM
QUALIFICATION : BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE
DESIGNATION : GENERAL MANAGER
Ms Lulu is employed with the company since 1990. She supervises the entire financial aspects of company, including liaising with financial institutions. Ms Lulu is instrumental in keeping the company healthy by her meticulous supervision of the individual deals and their related profitability. Her efforts have resulted in our company’s recognition by various authorities in Singapore.
Previously Ms Lulu was Internal Auditor and subsequently Corporate Planner of a public listed company, L & M Group Investment Ltd.
NAME : DAVID YAP CHEONG WEE
QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING,
INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERS, ENGLAND
DESIGNATION : MARKETING DIRECTOR
David has a very diversified portfolio in his previous endeavour, he was previously involved in several big construction projects relating to structural engineering in areas of tin mine plants, erection of jetty platform, etc and later diversified into management area whose role is instrumental in setting up factory facilities in Indonesia, China and various parts of the world. He has also set up many successful joint ventures in China.
By virtue of his extensive experience, David is currently responsible in the logistic fields for coordinating, sourcing & overseeing the operation of the tugs and barges within the various islands in Indonesia.
